Anyone! Guests looking for unique private stays can download the mobile app. Property owners (hosts) can sign up via the web panel to list and manage their properties.
Simply search for a property by location, date, and guest count. Select your preferred time slot (day, night, or full day), review the pricing, and proceed to payment. You'll receive an instant confirmation by email and in the app.
Yazan offers three time slot options managed by the site admin: Day Rental (10am–10pm), Night Rental (10pm–9am), and Full Day (10am–9am). Property owners can enable the slots that work for their property.
Yes. Guests can cancel a booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. After that window, cancellations are not accepted. All cancellation requests go to the host for final approval.
For privacy and security, the host's contact number is revealed to the guest 3 days before the booking date.
Yazan accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The specific payment gateway will be confirmed at a later stage. Guests can choose to pay the full amount or make an advance payment as defined by the host.
